Return & Exchange

Due to the nature of our products and the exclusivity of many items offered at Catwalk, our return and exchange policy is limited.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product received is different from the item ordered.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for other reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Return Request Process

  • Customers must contact Catwalk via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving their order.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide the customer through the return or exchange process.
